Spoil (V.)


Meanings:

1. To damage.

2.To allow a child to do anything he (or she) likes by overindulgence so that he (or she) becomes selfish. 


Examples
1. A heavy rain spoiled a good day out. 
2. My little child is spoiled by his grandparents.
