Preposition of Time - At

We use ‘at’ for a precise time.

Examples
1. I eat lunch at 12 noon.
2. He is out in Japan at the moment.
3. Why do we have eggs at Easter?

4a. We have a party every Christmas. (Right)
4b. We have a party at every Christmas. (Wrong)
